    Our team are experienced relationship and trauma therapists. Through extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and integration of Gottman Method techniques, we will guide your relationship through a journey of deepened understanding, increased empathy, and internal healing. When appropriate, we offer couples EMDR to treat past traumas within the relationship. This is a unique and intimate experience that allows your partner to play an integral role in your healing journey.
